Validation Engineer/Sr. Engineer:
|
Major Responsibilities:
| • |
Accountable for Internal QA review and approval, per
Validation/Project Schedule of qualification and validation
protocols and Final Packages. |
| • |
Design and develop computer system validation protocols
for Lab systems, Automated Process Control Systems,
Software validations. |
| • |
Organising and executing validations at client’s
plants. |
| • |
Assist in validation compliance to the Regulatory
bodies to clients |
Prerequisite:
| • |
Around 1 to 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance,
QC laboratory or Validation function in a pharmaceutical
industry. |
| • |
Requires a thorough understanding of validation principles
and quality philosophies. |
| • |
Knowledgeable in the applicable procedures related
to facility projects and validations. |
| • |
Ability to develop personnel to assume positions of
increasing responsibility with the organization. |
| • |
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional
groups to meet compliance requirements and release goals
with clients. |
| • |
Proficiency in computer applications. |
| • |
Requires an MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering,
Biochemistry, Computer Sciences or related field or
demonstrated equivalent knowledge with 1-4 years of
experience, preferentially working in a GAMP and/or
GMP environment. |
| • |
Basic understanding of US FDA 21 CFR Part 11 rule
for electronic records. |
| • |
The incumbent must be familiar with regulatory and
GMP requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
|
| • |
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in this field
is mandatory. |
| • |
Previous experience in applying and validating test
methods |
| • |
Strong oral and written communication skills. |
| • |
Must have a clear understanding of Equipment, Facilities,
Cleaning and Process Validation. PLC, HMI, Network,
Database systems/programming experience desirable. |

| Trainee Engineer: |

Unit testing and simulation. |

| Project Executive: |

Independent Project handling, unit testing and Simulation. |

Project specifications preparations. |

Unit test specification preparation |

Following standards and project plans |

Project related documentation |

Involve in improvement in standards and guidelines for
engineering & execution. |
Prerequisite:

DE/BE(IC), BE(IT) |

Successful completion of Probation. |

Should be comfortable with engineering and use project
guidelines as per ETPL’s policy standard. |

Proficiency in minimum one development software such
as RS View, Intellution, Wonderware etc. and hardware
of Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Fanuc, Siemens etc. |

| Project Leader: |

Major Responsibilities:
| • |
Help PM in pre-bid estimation and presentations. |
| • |
Assist PM in Project Planning and tracking. |
| • |
System Study, Analysis, Design and Development for an
assigned project. |
| • |
Implementation of the Quality System Procedures for
the project. |
| • |
Timely execution of project within indicated resource
budget. |
| • |
Regular interaction with the customer and maintain the
customer satisfaction. |
| • |
Help PM in building up the team. |
| • |
Lead the Project team. |
| • |
Ensure generation of project artifacts, either by personal
involvement or through other project staff, as per the
project development processes. |
| • |
Building and maintaining, general and project specific
conventions & standards. |
| • |
Analyze problems and initiate corrective and preventive
actions. |
| • |
Setting up project database and maintaining correct
database definitions, thus ensuring database security
and developing utilities. |
| • |
Ensure with system administration for the backups and
archival. |
| • |
Collection of project metrics. |
| • |
Need to conduct training as per the requirement from
time to time. |
Prerequisite:

DE/BE(IC), BE(IT) |

Capable to handle min. (2-4) team members |
| • |
Capable to handle multiple small projects/one big project |
| • |
Understanding of project tracking activities. |
| • |
Expertise in relevant analysis and design methodologies |
| • |
Enough hands-on experience in the relevant tools and
technologies. |
| • |
Good communication skills. |
| • |
Capability to ensure conversion of requirements into
design. |
| • |
Should have worked for at least 2 years as a Sr. Executive
in charge of more than 1 projects. |
| • |
Should be able to carry out cross functional Quality
Analysis activities |
| • |
Clear understanding of company’s development processes. |
| • |
Clear understanding of ETPL’s Quality Management.
